Hi! It's me again. I think I ask too much questions in this forum that it makes me feel badđ
I made a paint 3 days ago and I just realized that I added too much glycerine to the binder. When I tried to use the paint for calligraphy it takes a long time to dry. I know that I have to reduce the amount of glycerine but I already made a binder yesterday with the same amount of glycerine. Is there a way to fix the binder that I already made so that I can use it?
How about adding gum Arabic and water to balance things out? đ¤
I made a new binder without glycerine yesterday. Is it okay if I mix the 2 binders when I'm making paints?
I guess you can! Maybe someone more experienced will chime in, but this is your best bet for now!! Keep your nose in there to sniff any sign of change in odour but since both mixes are quite fresh you should be ok. It will be a bit of a trial finding the exact amount of both you need to get a perfect paint mix, but experimenting is the fun part! đ
@Giulia (MamaCanWrite) thank you! đ
