These pans of paint are all completed pans that look attractive but have not completely set - they are a little bit sticky however they have set when packaged with a silica gel packet and would require that at least until it's been used a few times.
 
The paints will activate and be beautifully pigmented. 
 
Vert Turquoise needs extra activating which is expected for this pigment type.
 
These will be shipped as you see them. With labels, magnets and within a plastic baggie to seal in with the silica gel packet.
