For neons, it is usually stated 'neon' in the description - so you would be safe to use it. The unusual thing about neon pigments is that one would assume they all behave the same way but not quite the case. They are fabulously sneaky at hiding in pockets of powder while mixing/mulling it for quite some time. I highly recommend you start off with smaller amounts to get the feel for the pigment. It is kind of like a lake pigment, but it sets a bit better, although make sure to do in layers because they are great at expanding and hiding air pockets!
Thank you so much Stacey, do you think I can use a regular neon that might be ok for use in eye shadow or nail polish (which I have) or should I seek out some Langridge neon pigments?
