How long did you mull for Hun? Working with combination pigments, depending on the pigments, there is potential for this to occur. It sounds like the pigments haven't married together. Try mulling for longer. Although I've worked with a lot of combination pigments, I haven't worked with azurite blue so that has me thinking?
I don't make paints myself but maybe letting the batch sit on your slab for a bit to see if pigments settle will let you know if you need to work it more or not?
I experienced this with 6 or 7 of my micas this last week I think I had too much binder in them as I mixed them for the same amount of time. I remade them last night and that batch is better. So I have made a note that those single colors/blends need just a touch less binder. The pans from the other day I added enough distilled water to them so I could stir them up good again in the pan to see if that would help.

Hmmm can't really tell how long I mulled it...
I allways stop when my test swatch doesn't rub off after drying 🤷
How do I see that it isn't propperly married?

Thank You @Rincs !
I will try that!
Azurite Blue from Sennelier is PB15 with a Filler.
With my latest try the pure PB15 was shy to marry the mica Pigment, too.
