Not being helpful at all, but I feel like it all depends on the pigment type, the thickness of your layers, humidity in your country, and other things, that make it difficult to say the drying time if you are not going off from your own experience.
I only do micas. I don’t know the actual humidity inside my house but in the winter months we keep the temp at 68 and summer months the A/C is at 70-74 with a small fan going most days. In my office where I dry my paints I have them on a shelf with a small usb powered fan on them during the time I am awake at at home. I don’t leave it on at night or when no one is home. I just did a first fill yesterday around 2pm and filled them half full. Many of them are nearly hard some still a tiny bit soft but not sticky or goopy. I could have done the second fill tonight but am waiting until the morning. The other thing to note is the ratio of binder to mica/pigment. I generally try to only use just enough binder that the color doesn’t rub off the paper when the paint is try however every so often I get a tiny bit too much binder and don’t have time to let it dry on the slab a bit or don’t want to measure out all the different micas(some of my colors have 5-8 different micas in them and I don’t always have a lot of the dry mica blend mixed up) so I go ahead and pour and those layers take a bit longer to dry. I have sped up drying time by placing the pans in a airtight container with silica packets and it does help considerably. I am curious to try a dehydrator but wouldn’t want the pans to melt. I think dehydrators only get to 200degrees.
